4. You visit the apartment with our team
We organise the visit for you. A member of our team — or one of our trusted local contacts — meets you on site.
5. You sign the contract
If you like the apartment, you sign the standard Italian rental contract. We stay available for any question.
6. We help you after
Tax number, residency, electricity and gas bills, bank, school for the kids — we're here for the first weeks.
